  1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

– You may return products within 7 days (for change of mind) or 14 days (for defective/damaged items) from the date of delivery. 

– Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (with tags/labels intact). 

– Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required. 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:

  1. Return Shipping Costs

– Customer’s Responsibility: You bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to Omoibo’s error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). 

– Refund Deduction: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return costs may be deducted if applicable. 

  1. Refund Processing

– Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 

– Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or store credit if preferred). 

– Bank delays: Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3–5 additional days to reflect. 

  1. Exchanges

– If you received a wrong or defective item, we will arrange a free replacement (subject to stock availability). 

– For change-of-mind exchanges, you must return the original item first (shipping costs apply). 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

– Report defects within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence sent to [email protected]

– We will arrange a free return pickup or replacement (no extra cost). 

  1. Late/Missing Refunds

If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days:
